NUDA PROPRIETAS (bare ownership) – is ownership over a thing (movable or immovable) without the holder of the ownership to have the right to use, possess, or derive profit from such thing. This is the case where the holder of the ownership has given the thing to be used by someone else based on servitude and usufruct, or where the thing is sold, until it is paid in full.
